Would this keep frozen food (and breast milk) frozen? If so, for how long?

The length of time it will keep things frozen is relatively short. I would suggest using an ice pack or two with it. I carry my frozen meals in it and after 3- 4 hours it's still cool but starting to thaw.

Will this bag fit pint size mason jars

Yes, pint size will fit. I think you could probably stand it up but if not, definitely on its side it'll fit.

The description lists 2 size options. How do I indicate that I want the larger size?

Hello, The small size is 9.5 * 6 * 7 inches, and the large size is 11 * 7.5 * 8.7 inches. most of people said that the small size can't fit the bottle in but the large size can. Hope this could help you. Best Amy
