Nice deal for the money. The sheets are fresh, crunchy and delicious. There is a dehydrating pouch inside, which really helps with keeping up the crispiness (I live in a humid climate). I usually make vegetable wraps out of them. When salad gets boring, you know? And lately I figured out yet another way of using them to create instant nori snacks: I take half a sheet and my fine misting bottle with soy sauce, very lightly spray and then sprinkle with a powdery spice of my choosing (garlic, cayenne pepper, ranch, bbq, whole toasted sesame, parmesan, everything bagel...) and then fold in half for immediate eating. It stays crunchy, you just need to spray very lightly... So it's a very easy way recreate these snacks that are otherwise expensive when you feel like having healthy chips, without using oven or big hassle. Love, love, love this product.

I tend to eat nori out of the package, but it's mostly used for sushi. The sheets are not thick, but strong enough to hold up even with a pile of veggies, sauce and sushi ginger. This is highly recommended. At first I was hesitant to order a product from China, but have learned that this country is farthest from Japan (radioactive fallout). I would jump at the chance to purchase nori from Japan, but will wait a while.

You might be thinking "Eww, seaweed!! Gross!!" But let me tell you, you really can eat these by themselves, they taste that good!! And your body will thank you. After eating just one sheet I felt happy and upbeat the rest of the day. Give your body what it likes and it will respond! I would describe the taste as "complete" as in, you know when you are chewing some meat and grains at the same time and the two flavors compliment eachother? Roasted nori tastes just like that, you can eat it by itself and be satisfied, or eat it with other foods. Be careful if you are feeding it to your children, because remember, this is ROASTED so it is a little hard on your teeth if you chew and grind very hard. You will have to chew softly and let your saliva soften it up. So you might want to soak it in water for a little bit to soften it up before feeding it to the little ones (obviously don't feed this to a newborn, baby or toddler!). And if you are getting this for a friend or family, warn them ahead of time to chew lightly. I use spring Zephyrhills water, NEVER tap water to soak foods. As far as refrigeration IDK if you want to do that. Because as you know water, moisture and humidity causes bacterial growth and what not. Since this is roasted and has no water in it, I assume it does not need refrigeration. I am putting some silica packs in the bag and storing it dry. I will review again if it goes bad storing it this way, and if it doesn't I will review again!! lol I actually look forward to waking up in the morning to have my daily sheet of roasted nori with breakfast lol And if you have thyroid problems or are low in iodine as a vegan, you will get plenty of iodine from eating nori and your thyroid problems will go away in a few short days. As far as how many sheets you should consume, only your body knows that! Start with half a sheet a day and then a full sheet after a while. A full sheet is plenty and satisfying along with a regular meal. Try roasted nori Enjoy!! Product Review Update - Wed, Feb, 17th So I finished my first bagg of nori. I did not put it in the fridge. I put 3 silica packets in it and left it in a cool dry area away from light. There was no mold or bacterial growth. Im so happy with this nori, so here I am ordering a second bagg!!

Love crisping up in oven for snacks, roll ups, shredding in soups and salads

It’s a lot of seaweeds for the price. Wrap was sturdy for fillings , no tears, easy to handle I have used 3/4 of it already. Good umami taste. I will most likely reorder

I kept seeing recipes for vegitarian sushi, it always looked good. Finally got a sushi maker, never made it before. I choose this brand of seaweed based on the the number of sheets, & price. It was an excellent choice, the flavor is good, with plenty of seaweed, I can enjoy sushi at least twice a week

Taste is fresh and mild, with rice or eaten by itself. The sushi nori is textured with parallel grid on one side. I presume this is intended for rolling, which I did to make tightly rolled rice sushi snacks! The sushi nori did not crack, despite the small diameter rolls I made. See photo. I'll buy this one again when needed

love the color and freshness, I can fold and make as small or as large of pieces as I like! They are fabulous!!
