Removes hair dye
Works really well at getting hair dye out of the bathroom if you use a magic eraser with it. You need some elbow grease but not much. Use with the fan on or it’ll make you feel sick

This is a destructive product!!
Be very careful using this product! I wanted to remove some ballpoint pen marks from a leather chair. It had no effect on the marks vertical sides of the arms. There were some marks on the flat area of the ottoman. There the remover could stay on for "at least 60 seconds" as the directions suggested. It took the color off the chair and left the ballpoint pen marks!

Removes tough stains
This works I used it for some scrubs that were brand new and had pen ink definitely recommend.

Smell is strong
It does the trick, but the smell is quite intense, and it gave me a headache. Also, it takes a lot of effort to get the ink out.

Doesn't work
I use it on my school bus seats. Gets hi-lighter, and marker off the seats well. Doesn't do as well with pen ink, especially off the floor.

I spilled nail polish on one of my favorite tops. Ordered this product and it removed the na polish. Honestly, I was skeptical, but it worked great. Highly recommend!

Disappointed
It took a little off but not all of it. A lot just smeared, So the wall noticeably has dry erase marker still on it.
