Nice option.
For those doing Keto, these "noodles" hit the spot. They DON'T taste or smell like Konjac noodles! They taste like hearts of palm and the texture I would say al dente. It's a small portion, enough for one main dish or two small sides. No cooking needed, just heat your sauce and throw them in it. When they are warm enough, serve. I would agree that they are a healthy option and easy to prepare.

Great Paleo/Primal "noodle alternative" that's easier than shredding zucchini, and a better texture than shirataki noodles
My hubby and I tried this last night after seeing it on Shark Tank a few nights ago. If you eat carbs and want a true pasta taste, this isn't it. But if you're looking for an extremely low carb and grain-free substitute that requires no prep-work, this is ideal. Granted, I did make a very hearty and flavorful sauce with ground pork, tomatoes, olive tapenade, sun-dried tomatoes and herbs so it would be hard to ruin that. Still, comparing it to zucchini or shirataki, this was much nicer. I simply rinsed the noodles well in a strainer. I see no need to soak them in milk or anything else. I tasted one on its own and it didn't have much of a taste to me. I didn't even think I liked hearts of palm. My husband who DOES like hearts of palm said it tasted like that to him when nibbled plain. I dumped the rinsed noodles into the heavy sauce to let the sauce flavor get absorbed. The texture (can't call it al dente, but like biting into a vegetable that's not quite firm), appearance and size was all nice. I plan to use this as a "noodle" with sauces like coconut milk and curry, tamari with Asian vegetables and such. I also think it would be a nice addition to homemade soups. I'm not sure if it would work with something as basic as butter with parmesan, but I wouldn't rule it out without trying it. Again, it's very neutral tasting. I'm rating it a 4* instead of 5* based on the high price. I'm hoping that it will come down now that two Sharks are involved. Also, be aware that the cans are labeled with two sizes - one with the water and one as a dry weight. So, the 14 oz size is really 8 oz and if you compare how much you'll eat to what you might eat in dry pasta, that's the best guide.

Give it a try.. you’ll be surprised.
So it’s not real pasta, but for being a diabetic and someone that needs to watch carbs and sodium, honestly this is the next best thing. It is packaged in some liquid that does have a slight smell to it, but all you need to do is run it under water for about a minute and it’s gone. It does obsorb the flavor of the sauces you put it in, so you do not get any other taste then the sauce you mix it with. The only thing I would suggest is boil it longer then the package suggests.. After 11 minutes of boiling it still had a slight crunch to the noodles, like a raw carrot has when it is just about fully cooked

Good but not great!
So I wanted to try a different type of “pasta” after having Shirataki and Miracle noodles Egg White. I rinsed this pasta thoroughly, afterwards let it sit in a bowl of water and rinsed again just to get the smell out. Instructions say cook 5-10mins. I read many reviews here and decided to cook in boiling water for 20mins. After cooking I rinsed the water and added my sauce. The Palmini texture was still crunch (not al dente). Imagine shredded radishes or carrots (to give an example!). The flavor was neutral which is good. It kept its texture throughout our meal however by the end of it, I started tasting an acidic/vinegary flavor, I suppose the Palmini was releasing its juices?!!? I did not finish my meal as that after taste did not sit well with me. We constantly used Egg White Miracle Noodles and I think I’ll go back to those.

Great alternative
These are a great low carb pasta. In my opinion they taste best in a Mariana sauce. For some reason cream sauces don't work as well

Best Boiled 10 Mins+, Not Mushy or Sticky, Good Plant Option
Our daughter is vegan and wants to limit processed carbs so we try to cook plant-based pasta dishes she can eat, and ideally us as well. We have tried several in the past which she mostly hated because often times they wouldn't hold their shape, would be gummy, taste funny, were mushy, or super hard at the other end of the spectrum. And I can cook all kinds of dishes, so I'm aware of lengths of time to boil and how to check if done. These required a little tweaking if you don't want too hard of a noodle with a little crunch - they remind me of the consistency of bamboo shoots found in many Asian dishes. I was a little worried if I boiled too long, they would become too soft, but I soon discovered it would be hard to cause that to happen even if you tried. You can boil these a long time and they remain firm. So I boiled them about 7 minutes, and I think they could have gone a little longer like 10 minutes easily. I would have liked them a little softer, but as part of a vegetarian, vegan, or any meal these can work really well. They only make about 2 small servings, but I was happy to see that they are responsibly harvested so both a healthy and sustainable option. In the photo I attached, I boiled them with some mushrooms just to kill two birds with one stone, took the photo without the other ingredients so you could see the noodles well, and then I added a homemade pasta sauce with tomatoes, herbs, and garlic (added cheese for my serving) and the dish turned out delicious. This is definitely a good viable plant-based substitute for typical high-carb glutenous pasta.

Awesome plant based pasta alternative that also works as a vegetable dish
Who hates carbs? ME. Who loves pasta? Also me. Who thinks every other pasta alternative she's ever tried has deserved to be fed to awful humans as a punishment for wrongs? ::raises hand:: Then, I came across this. It's pretty much perfect. It has a delicate flavor that can be matched with virtually any sauce (don't tell Nona you aren't eating her homemade noodles). It holds it's shape, has a comparable texture to real pasta, and is ready in far less time. SHUT UP. It also works really well as a vegetable, and pairs beautifully with other veggies - giving us endless possibilities for pasta dishes without the carb overload, side dishes, and quick low(er) calorie vegetarian/vegan options for lunch and dinner. Despite my overwhelming enthusiasm for this product, I do have some issues with it. First and foremost, the cans say there's three servings in them. NOPE. My husband is an eater, and the cans hold nowhere near what anyone would deem three servings. It's realistically only one. *Maybe* two if you're making a snack, but calling a can three servings is ridiculous. Second, the cost. It's way more expensive than pasta. At between $4-5 a can, it's 4-5 times more expensive than a box of pasta that legitimately feeds 4-6 people. If you're looking for a pasta alternative that's comparable in price to pasta, this isn't it. If it were priced more competitively, I'd stockpile this because I'd eat a lot of it, but alas, I'll only be purchasing it three small cans at a time on occasion. If price isn't a factor and you aren't feeding Jethro, I highly recommend this for quick nutritious meals and as a pasta substitute. It opens up all kinds of pasta-ish meals for people avoiding gluten or who have Celiac disease. It exceeded my expectations and has been a pleasant surprise. Mangia!!!
