How is this for grey hair that's very dry and dull? I've tried several products without a great deal of success.

I don't have grey hair, but I does make my hair look shiner and healthier. It also smells great. I notice a different in my hair when I don't use this stuff.

I don't know about stopping hair loss but it does seem to be stronger and thicker. Its mainly used to hydrate your hair, give it shine, and stop frizz.

Is this produce vegan/cruelty free?

Yes, but you don't need to swallow capsules. You need to apply contents of the capsule on entire length of hair except your roots on your wet or damp hair after washing.
