Easy to install and works well for the T430 Lenovo Thinkpad battery i replaced. Very satisfied.

UPDATE: Has been about 4 months now. The battery has been cycled many times and it is still working as perfectly as the day I installed it. Buy this one! Original review: Well, it fit perfectly and have used it for about a month and it has lived up to expectations. It seems like it lasts a little longer than the old one did when it was new but it could just be my perception. If it quits working well in a fairly short time, I'll update this review but so far, so good.

Works great

Very good quality and long life that powers up and is fully recognized by my older Lenovo laptops. Very reasonably priced.

Short live (6 months) and won’t hold charge longer than 1 hour. I run diagnostics and guess what I got (see image) mind you, we got this replacement battery end of September, replaced it after thanksgiving and it says “battery age 427 days”, full charge capacity 91%? Really? After maybe 10-12 charges since Nov 2025?!? Tried to resolve this the reasonable way by reaching their support. Well, phone number is no longer in service. Saw a website in their Amazon vendor’s profile, website NOT WORKING either! Again, price is the least concern for a consumer when the product won’t last & no one is accountable. Hopefully this will get their attention or simply they may need to be removed from the marketplace IMO

Battery life 2.5 hours. for me that works. If you need much more charge this is not for you. Easy to put in comes with tools.

Been excellent so far

I bought one to replace the old battery from my T420. Worked great out of the box. No fuss or messing about. Clipped in seamlessly with a perfect fit and the battery life was basically the same as the expensive ones from Lenovo. If you find a deal on a used T420 this is a great option for a replacement battery.

Good product

This was a very simple battery to pop into place. It was a matter of sliding to lock over, catching the old one, and clicking the new one into place. it immediately started to taking charge. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is a very quick charging battery. 30-40 mins and I have a full battery for the day. Very nice. Does everything it said it would. The price point on this battery is reasonable in my opinion.

Charge is good

Pros: Works with my T520; more capacity than the old one it replaced. Cons: Capacity dropped by nearly 10% after only 3 recharge cycles (since then, capacity has not dropped any further); bit of a tight fit.
