Ask the doctor first
First thing first, make sure you ask your doctor if it is alright to take this even it is a supplement, I did looked it up and it can make you bleed if you are taking other medications, just be safe, but it really does help with my back and other inflammatory that I have, it is a gel type pill, easy to swallow, it is good quality, and effectiveness, the ingredients are easy to read.

Be aware !!
Prediabetics ,please be very careful when taking this product. My blood sugar went up 20 points each morning when I took these pills. This is no reflection on the product. Please consult with your doctor before you take these pills. I did not, and there is no refund on this product.

Fantastic addition to daily vitamins, especially with other fish oils
I use this with my EPA and DHA supplements. It's small, no after taste (actually I get a faint after-taste if I burp sometimes, but idk if that's the other fish oil which I take together). I take it 1x a day, and I have noticed an overall improvement in my daily function (alertness, motivation, etc.). It may be a worthwhile addition if you take fish oils, but haven't seen too many improvements. Also, it's definitely something to use long-term supplement, so I have subscribed, because so far it's good.
