Definitely worth it if you have a lot of hex socket bolts to key...
I use this on my 3D printer, it has M3 screws of varying lengths. for several reasons I end up taking it apart and putting it back together again a lot, and this really takes some of the hastle out of it. I've been using it for several weeks now and the edges of the hex key haven't dulled at all.

Metal is too soft for industrial usage.
The good is that the coated handle gives good leverage and is comfortable. The bad is that the end continually rounded off and I had to cut it off to get sharp angles again. I've had more luck with the much cheaper Turnigy offerings from Hobbyking. Also, having two of the same size is not as helpful as if one had been 2.0 mm.
