Missing box
We bought this couch for a smaller living room and it looks great however, not all of the pieces were shipped. We were left with a 4 piece sectional with a missing armless chair. Still waiting for the seller to help resolve this issue. Directions for the arm chairs are also difficult to understand. Overall if we would’ve received all boxes I probably would’ve rated it a 5.

Cushion coils bulging
I purchased this sectional 2-1/2 years ago. I have a small living room and this modular is excellent size-wise. I was able to arrange it in a way that looks perfect. It is also cleans up very nice. My problem is that the coils in two of the cushions (which are non removable) are bulging and lumpy -- meaning they must be either sprung or broken. Also the seat depth is too narrow for much confort.

Buy this, be happy
Holy crap, where do I begin ... First, whomever designed this thing, your talents are being wasted. You should be working for NASA designing ships or code breaking for the NSA or solving quantum physics problems. Seriously amazing job.The package came compact and in pieces, yet only took me about 30 minutes to assemble. The couch feels good to sit on and looks nice.It's a little smaller than I anticipated but honestly it's great.If I had to bitch about anything it would be that the wood that it's made of smells better than the rest of my apartment.

Overall it's an affordable sofa, I like firmer couches so this part is good . Some of the pieces I feel could line up better

Loved the construction and very easy to assemble. One piece was missing and the problem was quickly solve by sending the piece asap. It was priced right and looks great in my room.
