is this himalaya complete care toothpaste carrageenan free

I have not found that it has carrageenan in this toothpaste. If I had I would not use it. I love this product. I had the best cleaning in years. My hygienist thought I had whitened my teeth, and I drink a lot of black coffee. The big plus was she had very little scalping to do. She was so amazed she was going to order this toothpaste.

Is there soy or legume in glycerin from vegetable oil in your toothpaste?

It does not state soy free not does it say that soy is in the product. It also says vegetable glycerin from vegetable oil. There is no statement saying soy or legumes are present. I hope this hopeful to you. I like the product and use it because it has xylitol present.

Is the toothpaste a really “hot” tasting mint flavor, my mouth is very sensitive?

I don't find its "hot" at all. I love this toothpaste. I drink a lot of coffee and my hygienist thought I whitened my teeth. She is buying it now.
