I love this breathing necklace! I am already a meditator, and teach certain clients deep breath work (including how to make a ‘ssshhh’ sound to slow down the exhale. But this is wild… you can exhale for maybe 20 seconds, although I haven’t counted. I think the description or a reviewer said it sounded like a flute. I would say more a harmonica. Still really nice sound. The necklace itself is very sturdy, and doubt it would ever need replacement. So glad I got this one and not the cheap ones that don’t do much (like blowing through a straw). This absolutely slows down your exhale which is so important to calm the nervous system…. Don’t hesitate to purchase!

As a very anxious person, I have struggled with meditating successfully, due to an inability to shut off the constant chatter in my head. This necklace that doubles as a breathing regulation apparatus has allowed me to get past that mental block and reap the rewards of meditation. It's not rocket science, it's really quite simple. By focusing on my breathing, I can control the sound of the whistle to be more balanced and tranquil, which subconsciously resets my autonomic system to get out of the positive feedback loop of the fight,flight or freeze mentality. I plan on buying one for all of my loved ones that struggle with anxiety!

I use it for any time of day that I want to “reset”. It calms me down, exercises my lungs, and just helps me to just stop for a moment. Expensive it, but I do love it

It is a beautiful piece and I have been wearing it ever since I received it. I love the sound it makes at 528 Hz frequency when you blow on it from one end. It makes a similar sound when you inhale on the other end. The frequency of 528 Hz is a universal wavelength of love and peace. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the tuner showed up dented, directly under the mouth piece logo in the front, though it did work. Purchased as a gift but send it back. Took a chance ordering since reviews here were not the greatest. Nice concept but quality control needs a fair boost.

A one note tuning flute in the form of a necklace. If you understand that everything is vibration and sound is vibration.......Blowing thru the mini flute awakens you, breaks thru your thoughts, raises your awareness. It works! It’s beautiful too! Makes a great gift.

This is an overpriced pitch pipe. I was hoping it would be a softer tone, so I could use it without disturbing others. If I use a tuning fork it has a harmonizing effect, without all of the noise pollution, I was hoping that this 'Tuner' was more like a tuning fork that trains your breathing. I didn't find this pipe to sound pleasant and it's not convenient the way it has to be pulled out of its holder. Plus it's fragile and supposedly easily damaged, where I used to keep a pitch pipe in my pocket when playing in the orchestra and it wasn't such a fragile device.

Dreadful , barely used & inner part fell out ! For the money I expected better quality. Very disapointed, I do not recommend . Only plus - refund was processed.

Testing this with a digital reader, it does reach and hold 528hz if you push. A light whistle will be just shy of that frequency. I recommend putting in ear plugs and holding your teeth on the whistle as you sustain the note! It creates a much nicer tone in your head and feels really interesting.

Super Design, einfach zu handhaben und sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Man spürt sofort die 528 Hertz Frequenz, wenn man den Lovetuner das erste mal verwendet und durch das Atmen kommt man sofort in einen meditativen Zustand. Ich finde es auch toll, dass Lovetuner sich sozial engagiert - ein tolles Konzept für ein menschliches Miteinander.

Kann dem Ding kein Ton mehr entlocken. Habe das Teil nicht mal 2 Jahre, gefühlte 10 mal gebraucht und Immer sauber und trocken gelagert. Für dieses (64€!) Geld darf man def. mehr erwarten. Enttäuschend!
