I can’t get my left one to pair with my right one anymore. Resetting the connections isn’t doing anything. Any suggestions?

Ok. I tried every combination of buttons and finally this worked for me everything else was a fail. 1-turn off both headphones and turn off Bluetooth on your phone as well. 2-take one of the powered off ear buds and hold the button down till the red/blue blinking light blinks purple 3 times and turns off.... Put it to the side. 3-Grab the other earbud and repeat step 2. You want to do this individually to them at first. 4-Now grab both buds and hold the buttons down at the same time so they reset together. Then turn them on and they will pair to eachother.

How Do I leave a review

The description clearly states that the buds are not meant for swimming. They are only water resistant (ie: rain, sweat, snow), not for water submersion.

Do these come with different size ear caps?

You get 4 sizes of ear caps. I would suggest using the biggest one that gives a comfortable fit and effectively blocks out the ambient noise around you. Buds came with medium size already put on but I put the XL size on. I can insert the buds further into my ear canal for hearing better and more comfortable fit. And less chance of falling out of ear.

I can't make the mic work for calls, and don't see anything in the directions or here. Suggestions?
