Great powder dry shampoo
I use this product by creating different parts in my hair, including along the front and horizontally in the back, then I spray it along the part, and rub it in with my fingers. It will leave some white marks in my darker hair if I don't rub it in well enough (brushing doesn't really fix that problem). The sprayer (you squeeze to get the product to spray out) is something to get used to, but I think it's really quite a clever mechanism to get the powder distributed evenly on the hair (other powder dry shampoos that I've used, such as the one from Lush and corn starch, are almost impossible to get evenly distributed). After using it, my roots feel soft and powdery, rather than tacky. Tackier dry shampoo, such as Batiste, would give more volume to the hair, but I do still feel that my hair is more voluminous than it was before I used this product. I can get up to five days without washing comfortably, and more than a week if I'm willing to put up with a somewhat uncomfortable dirty feeling (this is comparable to Batiste, which was formerly my favorite, except with Batiste it would feel a little bit uncomfortable earlier due to the tackiness). My favorite things about this product (and the reason why I purchased it) are how little of it I actually need to use, and how easy it is to travel with because it isn't an aerosol. Before I was going through an entire can of Batiste once every other month, and the price just wasn't worth it. I've had this for almost three months, and I haven't used even half of it yet. So overall, I think this is great if it's what you're looking for- a really good powder dry shampoo, which just won't have the same ease of application or tint of a spray, but has other advantages, such as easier traveling and a cheaper price overall.

🔆 Body & Lift, Even With Fine Hair. Absorbs Oils & Product Well. 🔆
Nothing short of AMAZING, if I could give Klorane Non-Aerosol Dry Shampoo 6 Stars, I would! It is that effective! Klorane Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk - Non-Aerosol - All Hair Types , 1.7 oz. I worried that I wouldn't get the body that I did with aerosol dry shampoos in general, especially given that with aerosols you're able to use it in conjunction with a hair dryer for even better results. If you used a hair dryer with this powder version, you would just be blowing the product off as soon as you put it on. I was amazed at how much body I was able to achieve with a little experimenting. The only demonstration videos I found were for the aerosol using a dryer, so I have included a few tips that work for me below. My hair is fairly long, mid-back length, and is straight naturally. Skip a day of shampooing, especially when it has been flat-ironed, and it is one greasy mess! This absorbs oils and product well. ➡️ TIP: TO ADD BODY AND VOLUME, hold hair from the ends, rather than the roots, and pulling it out and away from your head, fan it out, as you squeeze the bottle and release the powder. This spreads it evenly and gets not only the top, but the underneath layers as well. Also, it's important to start spraying at the roots, and continue down the length of your hair until you reach the ends, where you are holding the hair. This helps immensely. I have not personally tried the Klorane aerosol dry shampoo, so I do not have a frame of reference for comparison between these two specific products. I live in Oregon, where it is often humid and raining, I use this product to touch up and refresh my limp hair once dried. ✿ BE SURE TO SHAKE THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO APPLICATION. ✿ 🔆 ONE WEEK CAMPING, USING ONLY THIS DRY SHAMPOO, AND I ACTUALLY LOOKED GOOD! 🔆 I purchased it for this specifically for this purpose, although I now use it at home regularly. I was going backpacking with a group of friends for a week and didn't want to look the worst out of the bunch, with my long, stringy, greasy hair. ✔️ SMELLS MAINLY OF BABY POWDER - No terrible strong smells like many of the aerosol versions. ✔️ NOT STICKY OR TACKY - Light, Dry, and Powdery, unlike the aerosols which can be very sticky and difficult to work with. 🌀 OVERALL: Couldn't be happier with it. If you have any questions leave them in the comments and I will be happy to answer.

Good product however I still love my Oscar Blandi Loose formula better
I have to say I have mixed feelings about this dry shampoo. First I should start off by saying that when it comes to dry shampoo I HATE the spray can formulas and prefer the loose powder dry shampoo formula, however the loose powder type seems to be getting harder and harder to find :( I find that they sprays don't work that well at all and do not absorb the oils as well as the loose formulas. My go to dry shampoo is the Oscar Blandi loose dry shampoo but it seems to be getting harder and harder to find so when I stumbled on this I figured I would give it a try since it received such good reviews here and on other websites as well as featured in magazines as being one of the best. Lets start off with the packaging, I found the packaging pretty easy to use and a little bit different from most loose powder dry shampoos. This is a spray type of sorts but isn't at the same time. With this shampoo you basically shake it up and then squeeze the bottle with the nozzle pointed at the roots of your hair, this allows puffs of the dry shampoo to be applied to your roots as opposed to most dry shampoos where you aim the pointed tip and kind of shake or squirt the bottle at your roots like you would with the Oscar Blandi or Alterna brands of loose powder dry shampoo. I saw a lot of people kind of complain about this but I didn't seem to have too much of an issue as I am used to working with the loose formulas. On to the product it self, scent wise I didn't notice much of a scent at all and I am not super sensitive to fragrance but this did not seem to have an overly perfumey scent or any real noticeable scent to me so that might be a plus for those who are fragrance sensitive. This product seemed to work fairly well at absorbing the oils and giving me some volume in my hair as well but the one issue I had with it is that to me this doesn't seem like a actual straight out dry shampoo but more along the lines of a volumizing powder/dry shampoo. If anyone has ever tried a volumizing powder before you know how they sort of make your hair, they tend to give it what you can call texture (from the silica) which can make it almost a little hard to brush thru since its goal is to sort of matte your hair and help with teasing of your hair to get that volume & lift. So with this I had to be careful not to use too much otherwise it felt like it matted my hair and I had a hard time getting a brush thru it and styling with hot tools, other then that this was a pretty decent product but I still liked my Oscar Blandi Loose Dry Shampoo better. One tip with this is that I found you really don't need a lot and once its applied to your roots massage thoroughly thru your scalp and what i like to do is also flip my head over and shake it a little as well. Then wait about 5 mins for it to absorbs all your oils and then brush thru. I would purchase this shampoo again , however Oscar Blandi is my still number one go to but this might be my replacement if they stop making the loose Oscar Blandi formula.

Pros and cons, the dispenser is awful.
The formula has virtually no scent and blends in pretty well, better than drug store brands. However it is not an aerosol spray and the design of the dispenser is so strange and ineffective and distributing the product it is a really poor design choice. I would not buy it again for that reason. The formula is also gritty.

Economical and eco-friendly!
I’ve loved Klorane dry shampoo ever since my stylist told me they created the formula for people who couldn’t wash their hair often, like if they were hospitalized. It was the first time I had heard of a beauty product actually be so practical rather than just a new fad to spend money on for vanity. My only complaint was how quickly I would go through a bottle, even the big one. And for how much it costs compared to drugstore, I wished it lasted months rather than weeks for me (although it’s so much better than drugstore that it was always worth it). Enter: the non-aerosol version. Honestly they better not catch wind of how much longer this lasts or they might start putting less in the dang bottle. I signed up for the auto subscription, several months apart, and I already have two backups from that while I haven’t even finished my first bottle! What! As for the application, yes it is less pretty than the aerosol kind. But as someone else suggested, I shake the bottle upside down once to deposit some in the “chamber,” then hold 6-8 inches off my scalp and let it cascade into both my scalp and hair. Section and repeat. Brush. Viola—you don’t have to worry about fine hair turning greasy in an hour. I will also say after a couple days I do get buildup on my scalp. So for me personally, it’s not a “go 8 days without washing” type of product. Maybe it’s just user error, but I’m perfectly satisfied with it extending my wash by 2-3 days and giving my hair volume and texture while doing it. Oh, and bonus points for one less aerosol can in the bathroom.

This product completely changed and is no longer good.
So sad. This has been my favorite for years. I’ve had it on monthly subscription for most of those years. But I cancelled it today after my most recent purchase. The old formula and old aerosol can were so much better. This new powder in a squeeze bottle is awful. It doesn’t rub in, it gets everywhere and so much product is wasted because you can’t spray it while moving it around your hair. So it comes out in clumps/spots all over your head. It’s really such a terrible change. I won’t be buying this anymore and will be looking for a new brand. So discouraging. I wish companies would listen to their customers.

Not your average dry shampoo!
I love this stuff and it lasts forever. It's the only formula I like for dry shampoo. The way the powder puffs out and the ingredients seem to make all the difference. Zero smell, good absorption (let it sit 5 minutes and blend a little with fingers), no residue, and adds volume to my sad, fine hair. Let's go!

This is a holy grail beauty product for me!
While I haven't tested many types of dry shampoos, I gotta say that this one has *by far* been the best one I've had a go at so far. It should be noted that this is a POWDER dry shampoo, not an aerosol one. Personally, every aerosol based dry shampoo I've tried has left my hair feeling oddly weighted and gross- you know, the opposite of what you want to experience when using a dry shampoo. Let me start off by saying that I typically wash my hair once or twice a week. I don't do this out of preference. Due to thyroid issues that I've suffered all my life, my hair that was once thick and shiny has become thin and frail. Since I stopped washing it every day, I find that my hair has become A LOT healthier. I saw a lot of other people asking if this stuff is OK to use on dark hair. My hair is a dark, ashy brown and this stuff works fine on it. What I do is lightly squeeze the bottle at the top of my head, starting at where I divide my hair then flipping a few layers around to squeeze out some more onto my roots. I let it sit for a couple minutes while I do my makeup and stuff, and then I use a brush to gently brush through my hair. I always check in the mirror to make sure no white powder is lingering/visible, since I don't want people thinking I have awful dandruff or something. I'd also like to point out that this stuff gives my hair CRAZY volume which is awesome! My hair gets super flat and gross looking even on the second day without it getting washed, so this stuff has been a lifesaver. My sister who is a blond has tried using this stuff, and she didn't like it. She prefers aerosol based dry shampoos. I think it's just gonna come down to personal preference. Personally, I love this stuff, and right now it's a holy grail product for me. I'll end this review with a tip: I suggest using this stuff on your hair when you're in a towel, nude, or in a shirt you don't mind getting powder on. Maybe it's just that I'm not that dexterous, but sometimes the powder can be a little explosive and gets on your face/clothes. This isn't a big deal to me, but I could see it annoying someone who has wet foundation on their face or is wearing a black shirt.

Best non aerosol dry shampoo I've tried
Tried 3 different types of non aerosol dry shampoo for an upcoming trip and this one was my favorite. the squeeze bottle makes it easy to apply and it leaves my hair looking the cleanest out of the three I tried. Still not as good as Batiste aerosol dry shampoo, but per use this should come out to be cheaper (aerosol dry shampoo's tend to last me only about 2 weeks max) and the results are only slightly worse. My thin long blonde hair looks so greasy if I don't wash it everyday, but with this product I can go 2-3 days between washes so it saves me lots of time in the morning.

Disappointed
Was gobsmacked by the size. They need to put in the description travel size. Way too overpriced. On using the product it was no better than the cheaper brands. You will be lucky to get three uses before it’s empty. To be honest I felt like I had been ripped off. Not happy at all. It’s a con.
