AveenoScalp Soothing Rose Water Chamomile Blend Shampoo, Fresh, 12 Fl Oz

I love Aveeno products. They do as they advertise. I had never tried the shampoo though. I had been using an all-natural shampoo by another brand, but they were expensive. I wanted something that didn't have a lot of harsh chemicals or a heavy scent, and a reasonable price. I am so glad I tried the Aveeno. The scent is light and pleasant. My hair feels clean, has great volume, and is easy to manage. I don't even have to use a conditioner as often. The price is easy on my budget. I'll continue to use this brand.

It's deeply personal, so this is hard to relate when reading a review. Just know, it's heavy on the floral, and lingers. Otherwise, great sulfate-free shampoo option. Great for sensitive skin, and therefore worked on sensitive scalp. Just the scent.Retails $10-11, and will drop to $5-8 depending on discounts, coupons, and stacking S&S. The shampoo is a charm. I have thinning hair because of my age but this shampoo leaves it feeling Fuller and healthier looking. I highly recommend it

This is the fifth shampoo I have switched to in six months. My scalp is super sensitive. I was looking for something to help with that, but also something that provided moisture to my hair. After I wash my hair with this, my hair feels very lightweight and it’s a wonderful feeling! . I don’t get the itchiness I’m used to with the other shampoos I’ve used. It has a lovely lather and it cleans your hair well, and it is a great value for your money!!!

The fragrance is marginal for me. But I have no itchy scalp after using this, which is why I purchased it. Seems to be almost exactly what I was looking for. Shocked to see it has an expiration date for one month from now. This stuff wasn’t cheap so I will keep using it and hope it’s ok after expiration date. But doubt I will buy it online in future.

Aveeno came out with three new scents in this particular line of products, a green one for thinning hair, an apple cider vinegar one for oily hair, and this lovely rose chamomile one for dry hair. Ironically, it was the rose chamomile that was the most volumizing and best for my thinning hair, and in my personal opinion the best smelling out of all the other options. Yet, for whatever reason they kept the other two out of the line but have discontinued this one. Sad face. You can still find it online if you want to pay a ridiculous price for it where and when you can find it. As much as I loved it though, and as much as it's been one of the best shampoos I've ever used, I gave up trying to find it as eventually it won't be around anywhere anymore after a while anyway. But hey, even if you just enjoy it once, it's worth it because it really is/was a great shampoo. Boo Aveeno, for discontinuing this one!
