Bodum 34oz Brazil French Press Coffee Maker, High-Heat Borosilicate Glass, Black - Made in Portugal

Thought the red would be fun, but for some reason it feels like a much thinner plastic. Wouldn't buy this one again. Bought the "original" -- kind of boring but works great.

Generally a great product that I’ve bought many times before. Unfortunately this time the lid was split on arrival. Have been using anyways but it’s becoming increasingly problematic.

The press it self feels low quality and would come off with frequent use

Le système Bodum est toujours de bonne qualité et la couleur très sympa. Mais la tige est trop courte. Elle ne descend pas jusqu’en bas de la cafetière. Si vous ne mettez pas beaucoup de café, vous ne pourrez pas le presser. Dommage. Je voulais une cafetière polyvalente de 3 à 6 tasses. Avec elle ça ne marche pas. Je ne trouve aucune cafetière 4 tasses. Donc j’ai ressorti ma cafetière 2 tasses et je fais mon café 2 fois. Déçue

This product works just as intended. In most cases I will only need it to make one or two cups, but didn't want to have a separate press for when company is over. I was worried about how many ACTUAL cups it would make but after using it, I can easily make at least 5-6 'north american' sized mugs of coffee. No issues with coffee grounds going through and I've been using a coffee which is in between coarse and finely ground. Very easy to clean as well. The only issue I've had is that some coffee grounds slipped inbetween the red holder and the glass cylinder when I was cleaning it after one particular use. However this was easy enough to clean as you can remove the glass cylinder from the red holder/handle. Overall this is a great and economical choice if you're looking for a French press. It allows you to easily reduce waste, while making a great cup of coffee and looking stylish. Bonus that it takes up far less counter space than a pod/cup coffee machine and can easily be taken with you while travelling.
