Wow this is definitely one of the heaviest mattresses I have had (67kg) and had it a week now and can honestly say it’s lush!!! Ordered medium but is firm it’s a solid mattresses and no sagging. Back ache gone! Size. Right measurement defo the best thing I did pay 30 pound to take old mattress away and packing. So far best mattress every had!!!!!!!

Fantastic comfort mattress, pretty dammed heavy and deep. Expensive but well made and well worth it. The £30 Haul away service for the old mattress (same size) DID not happen. The new mattress was lifted to upstairs bedroom by the guys, they DID NOT unwrap it and take away plastic and they would not take away the old one.....as it had not been ''prepared/wrapped''? There is nothing about this, in the info for haul away service... Even though we could of used the wrapper to cover the old mattress , they wanted to be away as they only have 15 minutes to deliver/remove and they were already behind schedule. I'm reviewing this mattress after one year of ownership. The mattress is great quality and after 1 year is still firm, with no indentations or dips where we sleep, and no roll towards the centre. The edges are also still firm, with no roll. The king mattress is extremely heavy, which two fit gym goers struggled to get up the stairs and even to turn from time to time. We have it on a base of straight wooden slats (no flex), and the mattress feels more firm than medium-firm. Because of that, it has changed how I sleep, it makes my hips ache if I sleep all night as I used to on my side and I have become more of a front sleeper now. To be fair, in this new sleeping position, I find the mattress very comfortable and get a good night's sleep. The mattress is very quiet, no noise from springs as you or your partner move. We find it far hotter than our old mattress, and no longer require an extra blanket at night in the winter. Price-wise, aim for sub-£500 in the sales (around Christmas). All in all, a very comfortable mattress that is wearing well, but it runs hot and is extremely heavy to lift.

This arrived on the day planned and the delivery lads were really helpful The mattress is extremely heavy so will definitely need 2 people to move it especially if like me you have stairs to the bedroom it only arrived yesterday and I got a decent night sleep I have an illness that affects my joints so it’s really difficult getting something that is comfortable for me and after 1 night I’m hopeful that this will help me I went for the 2800 springs because I knew it would give more support and it definitely does this I can’t say if it’s value for money because I have to pay whatever something costs to make sure that I’m comfortable but it’s definitely worth the money to me so if like me you struggle with your joints then you will definitely get some rest on this mattress if anything changes I will update my review

A new mattress was well overdue and have not been disappointed. Sleeping very well with this one. It is a deep heavy mattress but very well built, would recommend. Great support when sleeping

The mattress arrived heavily marked with punctured packaging in multiple areas. Amazon only offered a collection and refund with no option for a replacement which was disappointing as we had purchased this in the sale and the price had gone up considerably should we have bought another one. Really disappointed with Amazon customer service on this occasion. As for the mattress, it’s quite firm not medium and quite heavy at 57kg. Haven’t used it for any given time to review further.

I've purchased two mattresses for my bed over the past eight years but this time I decided to splash out and buy a mattress that cost just under £550, rather than the £200 or so I paid for the previous ones. Wow, what a difference! This new mattress is the heaviest I've ever come across; it is fairly 'firm', it is extraordinarily thick and it's absolutely fabulous to lay on. The two guys who delivered it couldn't have been more helpful (thank you Arrow!) and carried it into the main bedroom for us. My wife has some back pains and sciatica but it's as though this mattress has some kind of mystical healing properties that weren't mentioned within the description; her pain levels have clearly dropped. The most I can give this mattress is five stars and it's worth every one of them!
