Will it mix well with carbonated (sparkling) water?

Yes, it dissolves quickly, has no taste and leaves no gritty after taste. It will work well in sparkling water.

Is it tested on animals or cruelty free? Says vegetarian but is it vegan also?

Thank you for reaching out. Tru Niagen® meets vegetarian standards, but some of the research studies on Niagen are conducted on animals so it cannot be classified as Vegan.

Can I refrigerate this product? Does moisture enter the individual packs?

There is no indication on the packaging that this product should be refrigerated. As with most medications, this should probably be kept in a cool, dark place (out of direct heat or sun) The individual packets are well sealed, but as with any product, once the packaging has been opened, it should be used to maintain the integrity/ potency of the product.

How much NR per serving?

A whole packet is a serving. I take mine every other day but it’s a daily supplement.
