Aqua Star, Shrimp Scampi and Linguine Saute, 16 oz (Frozen)

I can get two meals from this. I usually eat with a vegetable or buttered bread. Shrimp scampi is one of my favorite dishes. This brand tastes as good as what I have bought at many resturants and better than some here in NYC. It is often sold out on Amazon Fresh. Please Do Not Change This Recipe.

Delicious and the sauce is soooo yummy. Definitely just one generous serving or two small servings but that’s because it taste so good. Cooks in under ten minutes in one skillet. Simple but great taste. Yes the sauce has a little spice to it but nothing outrageous

If you have a large appetite or are really hungry this might not be the right Scampi to buy. It is very easy to prepare, but I would recommend using a non-stick sauté pan and a little more water ( 2-3 tablespoons) than directions call for as the coiled pasta is barely in the water and needed lots of prodding with a fork to separate and cook evenly. There was a kind of bitterness to the sauce and the fragrance of garlic but not so much to taste. I added a little crushed garlic from a jar and some White Resiling wine when the shrimp were almost done which considerably improved the flavor but something was still not quite right. It seemed to lack smoothness so I added a bit of heavy cream which took away the slight bitter taste and brought all the flavors together for a pretty good Scampi. Nice white, very big, tender shrimp. Served myself half with a Romaine salad and slices of French baguette bread. Reheated the rest a few days later in the microwave oven. The Scampi was still very good and the shrimp remained tender. Even with my add-ins, it was still a quick fix meal at less than 20 minutes.

This shrimp scampi was seasoned good. I did not need to add anything but a piece of garlic bread on the side. Very easy to prepare, a very quick meal.

Amazing taste and quality. I will never go out to eat again, Really you must try these. Easy to microwave, follow the microwave instructions and these come out being your best meal ever. I eat these at least twice a week and love it.

Don't do it!!!! The Shrimp are nice and good size, but fishy. The pasta noodles are very good, really only yields one good serving. The included sauce was not very good and the amount not sufficient. I grabbed a jar of Alfredo sauce I just happened to have and poured that in the skillet----And saved the day!!! The added Alfredo really made the dish.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this. I thought it might be a little bit fishy, but it was not. Put everything in a frying pan and put a cover on it leave it alone for bit and you’ve got a meal that would cost a lot in a restaurant. Serves two average eaters or one very big eater. Very fresh and flavorful.
