"Perfectly Made For Pilates"
Like I said in another review for resistant bands this is perfectly made for Pilates. So rather you're using this utility ball by itself, or rather you're using it in conjunction with resistant bands there are a number of Pilates exercises you can perform. I mean this thing(with resistant bands) will allow you to roll your body in & out of positions that work the abdominal(Pilates style). But to get started it's just a matter of you doing your own research on doing Pilates(with utility ball, and resistant bands).

Pro series the brand ball
The balls made them thick skin so they can continue to be blown up to the correct centimeters that you want

Very Happy with this
Excellent stability ball. After using for a couple of months I’m glad I didn’t pay more for a different brand.

Name Brand - Same as the Doc Uses!
I didn't give any stars for stability because that is up to the end user! My wife would tell you it is stable, I'm still working on that! When talking to my physical therapist, I expressed concern about a ball popping under me and causing injury to my spinal fusion. Her advice: They have never one pop and theirs are in use by multiple people every day. She added "buy the brand brand we use, do not over inflate it, and keep it away from sharp objects." The brand they use is Theraband. The ball comes with a thin ribbon of material you use to encircle it to determine proper inflation. I followed those instructions exactly, and the ball was nowhere near big enough. The wrinkles in the surface were not even stretched out. So I got out the tape measure and inflated it to the full 30" specified diameter.I have been using it for a couple of weeks and am pleased with it.

Seems really well made ~
I just inflated this, and it seems like a nice sturdy stability ball. I had to deduct a star from my rating though, because there was absolutely NO help on how to inflate it from the so-called “instructions”. What a joke! The sheet contained a bunch of NOTHING in about six different languages and NONE of it was even REMOTELY helpful. That said, once I managed to figure out how to get my foot-pump to work, it’s now inflated & hopefully, what I guessed to be the valve plug will keep the dang air in it. Why can’t companies provide SIMPLE, CLEAR information with their products any more??? I even went to the company’s website… but there were NO plain instructions… so frustrating.

So much better than TriDeer Balls
This is my 2nd Theraband Exercise Ball. I tried TriDeer brand, but was disspointed how small and lesser quality it was compared to Theraband.Just remember to order a pump with this (not included in package). I ordered the SKOLOO 10" Portable Hand Air Ball Pump and it works perfect!I love, love, love this excersize ball. It is super great quality, durable, and last along time. So much better than TriDeer!

most recommended by chiropractors
My husband has to do exercises recommended by his chiropractor...I purchased this ball cause it had the best reviews. When I told the chiropractor that we purchased a ball for his size (75cm) she said most of the balls out there are pretty good but this brand is the most recommended for durability (and standardized coloring the company uses for all it's products). Glad I purchased this one based on the reviews and now knowing it's most recommended by chiropractors. I would recommend this ball...only drawback is it doesn't come with a pump so we had to purchase one separately.
