I have two pair of expensive readers ($100 each) and while these do not have the name recognition, these are actually as good or better. The lenses are clearer, the fit is better, and they are more comfortable. I know they are a price point item but believe me they are an outstanding value for a 5 pack. You cannot go wrong with these, just buy them and distribute a pair where you sit in your home or vehicle. This are well-made. The frames and hinges are all sturdy. The lenses work well. My only complaint is that these are on the small side.

Needed readers and decided to go to local pharmacy to try out different magnifications to figure out what was correct . The cost of one pair at the pharmacy was the cost of these six. These came with nice microfiber bags which also double as cleaning cloths. Very happy with them

Update: one year after getting these, they are still one of the best Amazon purchases I have ever made. I use them all the time and only one pair is slightly scratched up (the pair I keep in my car for travel). I’ve recommended them to a few of my family and friends over the past several months. Original review: 5 stars for these 5 pairs of glasses. With springy frames and large, clear lenses.... I really love them. For the most bang for your buck, I'll recommend these to anybody who needs some spare pairs of reading glasses for the car, office vacation and nightstand. Nice readers

Great deal for the price. However the clarity is just a little off for me. I ordered the strength I normally ware but I can tell something is off as far as the sight clarity when reading. Especially when reading on computer screen.

A couple of years ago I spent a lot of money on prescription readers. Never again. These glasses are comparable. The only problem I had was that they were a little tight when brand new. That problem went away after wearing them a few times. They seem to be well made with spring hinges. They clean well and so far have not scratched. The set comes with one pair of sunglasses/readers which will be great on the deck or beach. I would definitely buy these again should the need arise.
