Needed wooden shims. Bought these. They are exactly what you'd expect wooden shims to be. Use two together pointing in opposite directions if you want to create a shim with a flat surface. Easy to break off the excess or cut it off with a utility knife.

I had a hard time finding these at the hardware store (as well as any employees to tell me where to look for them... you know what store I am talking about) so I ordered them online. I don't know what to say. They are wooden shims. They are made of wood, and shim-shaped. I have used them for a few things around the house; they work well and I have not needed to replace them.

They are what I needed and their size was stated, but I needed the 10 times, or a thousand percent bigger, maybe someday I will have a use for them.

These wood shims worked exactly as expected and were much better quality than some of the cheaper bundles I’ve bought before. The wood was dry, straight, and easy to work with without splitting apart immediately when tapped into place. The tapered cuts were consistent, which made leveling and spacing much easier during installation work. They snapped cleanly when needed and felt sturdy enough for doors, cabinets, trim, and general household projects. I also appreciated that they were kiln dried and not damp or warped out of the package. Simple product, but good quality and reliable. Definitely worth keeping around for DIY projects and home repairs.

Good quality and size. Perfect thickness for gradual leveling. Smooth enough to avoid splinters, but have enough friction for stacking without sliding down, making them easy and convenient to use.

Nice pack of wood shims and the sizing was consistent. Worked well for small leveling and installation jobs around the house. Only downside is they split pretty easily if you put too much pressure on them, so you need to be a bit careful when hammering them in.

I never knew these existed ready made so happy to discover a practical product. I bought these to level an Ikea Pax wardrobe. Trust me level the base with these and it will save you hours of packing.

These packages are inconsistent. I bought 2 packages and 1 pack is great the other pack looks like it has mold on them and they are broken.
