Obviously, coat hangers are not a complicated item. However, there is more to a coat hanger than you may realize! First, price. Let's be honest. Price is the number one consideration when we shop for items. The price is very reasonable for what you get. Quantity: This was another reason I ordered these over others. Nobody suddenly needs 30 or 40 coat hangers! You buy a couple of new shirts or pants and you need hangers for those items. This quantity was perfect. I was able to hang my new shirts and replace some hangers that were a bit worn out. Thickness: This is more important than you think. Thin hangers will put points in the shoulders of your shirts and can even create a crease along the shoulder! Remember what Mommy Dearest said! NO WIRE HANGERS! These aren't the thickest hangers I have but, they have a good size to smooth out the contact points. Durabilty/strength: The thickness helps with strength but, there is so much more to it than that! The particular plastic is a factor as is how the part is molded. For clarification, I make plastic and plastic parts for testing purposes for a living. These hangers are strong and will likely last as long as you will ever need. I pulled down on the center of one with enough force to bend my inch and a half closet rod and the hanger hook barely bent. These will easily handle whatever you need to hang. Finally, they are American-made! With any product I buy, I don't really care where it's made. I care about the combination of price, quality and my intended use. An item I may use once or twice is not something I'm going to pay a premium for. Something I will use a lot requires quality and more often than not, American-made items are the higher quality product. Unfortunately, that usually means a premium price. Not in this case! Finally, a manufacturer has realized if you price your product reasonably, you will benefit more by selling more and with greater loyalty than if you price too high and fewer people can afford your products. No, I am not affiliated with this company in any way! They simply contacted me via Amazon and asked me to review the product. I've reviewed many products and I always tell it exactly how I see it and this is no different. It's a good product at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for?

I have always bought the same black plastic hangers from Big Lots because they were made so well. They had high quality stuff if you knew which was which. Never found their equal after they closed. Either too flimsy, had the notches along the top that ruin the shoulder parts of your shirt, etc. Decided to give these a try. The Mfr even pays attention to detail, there aren't any little plastic "burrs" to pick off when they're new, and each one is perfectly shaped, they line up exactly when hung. Photos are of one of those Big Lots hangers behind this new one. Totally worth every penny. Oh.. I mean nickel now.

Great product. Heavy duty thick plastic hangers can be used on heavy items such as coats. I use them on light items like knit shirts as well to maintain the shape of the shirts.

These are great, heavy duty hangers. They’re made in the US which is the best. They are sturdy for all sorts of types of clothing. They’re a little bit more expensive but well worth the price. I am happy to have US made products in my home.

These are some nice and sturdy hangers! My son is 6'7" and weighs 280lbs. His clothes are big and heavy. He needs sturdy hangers for them.

These are nice plastic hangers, super sturdy without that flimsy flex that the cheap ones have. If these hangers were a pickup truck, they’d be a Ford F350: totally capable of performing super tough jobs, but a little bit of a space hog in tight parking lots. They’re thicker, stronger plastic than I’ve ever seen in hangers before, and broader shouldered so wide-necked clothing doesn’t fall off. I can hang 2 pairs of heavy bluejeans folded over the base of these hangers at the same time along with a button-down shirt over the shoulders of the hanger, and the hanger is sturdy enough not to sag beneath the weight. No snagging plastic flange things left over from manufacturing to snag delicate fabric. These are totally smooth and clean. The shoulder points are nicely sloped/rounded so as to avoid making weird areas of poochey stretched-out fabric on the shoulders of delicate fabric tops. Ordered a bunch in March. It’s June and I just did the laundry and couldn’t find any of these hangers; where did they all go? Turns out my husband has appropriated them ALL. He said, “Yeah, those are NICE hangers!” So, I’m coming back to order another bunch of these rock-solid hangers. If you’re a size extra-tiny and live somewhere hot so all of your clothes are lightweight and whisper thin, maybe you don’t need this upgraded model of hanger. But if you’re the size of an average American or Canadian and some of your clothes have enough heft to them that they strain the average plastic hanger, these super strong hangers are for you.

Does what it says. Not another weak hanger that advertises as strong.

These hangers are nice and thick and very sturdy, taking heavy jackets with ease. They are also a good width (but not too wide) and have a good slope to the shoulders, preventing the dreaded point in the shoulders of your clothing that some hangers cause. I would purchase these again. Also, almost immediate despatch and very quick delivery to Australia - only a few days. Thanks.
