This is my second bottle of these probiotics and I absolutely love them. They make you regular almost immediately after use but not in a have to run to the bathroom type of way. They really help with my medication induced constipation and they have a great amount of probiotics especially for the price. I read that anything less than 25 Billion cfu is pointless to take and won't even help so that always something look for in probiotics. I will never use another brand. These are awesome!

On the first capsule my gut was Feeling so much better! On the night of the 3rd day, I began to have chills with fever, extreme nausea, headache and fatigue. On the fourth day I didn’t take the probiotics and the symptoms began to subside. However, the gut went right back to where it was before I started it. Makes me wonder if I am have a reaction to flushing out the bad bacteria. I really want to take this but I don’t like these possible side effects. That’s why just 3 Stars. Has anyone else had this problem?

Of the many probiotics options in Amazon, I made a choice to purchase this because of the clean ingredients. A holistic dentist had recommended us to take a probiotic to improve gut health. We start having loose stool several times a day after taking this and the stomach kept making rumbling noise. After trying about a week, my brother and I felt we have enough and file for a return. Not sure if the side effect will go away had we continue taking it. The capsule is a normal capsule size and odourless.
