I'm 5'9", 155lbs and the Medium is just about right. I wouldn't want to go smaller.

is the black long coat thickened like the navy shows it is in the pictures. I wanted it in black and it does not say if that one is the heavier coat?

Its kinda heavy,surprisingly its not too thick but still super warm. I love it.
