Easy to assemble!
I bought it to use in our playroom and for the occasional overnight from my in-laws. It seems well made and was easy to assemble by myself.

Right leg split
The right side leg holding up the frame is split almost all the way to the floor. Split happens where the holes are for rotating the futon to bed mode. I've had this bed for about a year and a half. Don't use it very often.
