Way too expensive in India and minimal effects
It's not worth purchasing in India. The price is 3 times higher than the U.S. and the effects are not worth it at all. I barely saw any difference in my gut and mood. VSL 3 probiotics is far superior.

Works better than Physician's Choifce Digestive Enzymes
I'm a senior woman in good health and I bought these to use instead of Physician's Choice Digestive Enzymes. They worked, but left me with gas every time I took them. This one is perfect. I take it about 1/2 hour before eating a small mael & it helps me digest even chicken perfectly. My mood seems and sleep is better too.

Relaxation vacation
This will make you feel relaxed, so do not drive long distances. I have a busy active lifestyle and this tames me so I don't freak out. The effectiveness of ashwagandha is great. I've been taking this for a week now I usually take it noonish and I just unwind until I'm ready for bed.
