Delicious and decadent
We use this to make a version of the Starbucks apple crisp drink served i the fall. It is amazing with a rich flavor and is well balanced for use with espresso. Absolutely recommend.

Clean and good syrup sweetener!
This caramel syrup is totally clean!! No terrible additives or colors at all. Tastes amazing, useful in coffees, on ice cream, smoothies—anything!

Monin has the best syrups
Monin are the best syrups. Flavors taste so good. I find that a lot of other brands taste fake and extra sugary.

best tasting I've had so far, but not what I was looking for
I've been trying to find a caramel akin to what is used in Starbucks drinks, which tends to lean on the smokier / more deep flavor. I've tried torani, ghirardelli, fontana, hollander, and I'd say compared to all of these, this Monin syrup was the best tasting in general. It has a sweet, buttery caramel taste, but unfortunately I'm looking for one more .. sharp? in flavor. Nevertheless, I'd buy this one again for sure as the flavor, compared to its competitors, was very good. A little bit of artificial taste but still significantly less than any other I've tried.

I'm am hoping this works better in making caramel candies because it is not what I was hoping for over vanilla ice cream. I do like there are no artificial ingredients and might try the French Vanilla for coffee.
