How do I heat the mask safely?

Microwave heating instructions • 850W or below: heat for no more than 25 seconds • 851W–1000W: heat for no more than 15 seconds • Always test the temperature on the inside of your wrist Please refer to the instructions for important safety steps

How to use cold 1. Place the mask inside a clean plastic bag 2. Put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours 3. Remove from the bag and apply to closed eyes If switching to hot use, allow the mask to return to room temperature before heating.
