They were very nice and fast to get me a replacement headboard
Ordered the bed. It arrived on time . Put it together and the led lights only worked on 1 side. Contacted the company . They were very nice and fast to get me a replacement headboard. No hassle at all. The bed is amazing and my daughter loves it . Nothing but good times. Thank you Vlad and Tina.

So cute for teen
the bed went together easy, it is great for a teen's room. Everything worked fine from the beginning. All that is left is to do is to attach Velcro to the remote so it doesn't get lost. Recommended for anyone who has girls that love bling.

SO MANY PROBLEMS, WEEKEND RUINER
Messaged Seller, item defective and arrived late, VERY DISAPPOINTED! Should never have an item arrive late that you pay $80 shipping for! Then it is defective, what a disappointment after the 2 week wait. Ruined my weekend, and now Monday as well!Message I sent to seller - "Not only did my item arrive late, when it said out for delivery, I hauled my old bed away, and then it never showed up, causing me to sleep on the floor for 2 nights... now as I am putting it together, the hardware IS NOT LABELED, missing 3 large washers, there is a small scuff on the foot board PVC, the LED strip is loose/unglued on the right upper corner, AND THE LED LIGHTS DO NOT WORK; they turned on for one second flashing through a couple colors upon plugging in, then nothing, will not respond, I have unplugged, tried other outlets, the green light stays lit on the power supply, but no LED lights... tried replacing the remote battery...everything, I am very disappointed I have had a handful of issues with this bed I ordered on the 27th and just now received.. with all of these problems. Please help."

Lights turn by themselves
Great bed frame love the way it looks but lights on headboard light up all by itself all the time I’ll leave the house when I get back lights are on don’t know how but waist of electricity

Pictures do not do this bed justice. It is the perfect night light. I have it linked to a smart outlet on a timer for when I need it.
