I have always had a difficult time sleeping. I've also had a difficult time finding some thing that helps me sleep. I dread taking sleeping pills, so I've been on the hunt for something more natural that will work for me. This liquid melatonin comes in a dropper bottle so that you can easily administer a 1 mg dose which is what is recommended for a good night's sleep. It's berry flavored and tastes pretty good. After using for a few nights, I fell asleep pretty quickly and I stayed asleep for a longer period of time than normal. It doesn’t make me oversleep or get up feeling out of sorts. That’s a huge plus on my end. Not only is it in an inexpensive alternative but it is an effective one. This will be part of my bedtime regimen from now on. I would definitely recommend.

This liquid melatonin sleep aide is very effective! My husband was using another brand that became discontinued. I found this brand and took the chance, I am happy I did. Not only does he fall asleep quite quickly, but he stays sleeping. And that’s where his problem was. He wakes up feeling rested and refreshed. He’s not a huge fan of the taste, but he says for how well it works, he can overlook that. Drops arrived sealed tightly.

I really like this melatonin product. Use it as a sublingual, don't just swallow it. 1 MG lasts me through the night without the melatonin hangover. With pill form I have to take upto 5-10 MG to sleep through the night and it stays with me through the day, making me too groggy. I do take a break from it every couple of months, suffer for a few nights and then start the 1mg sublingual again.

I’ve been using melatonin to help me fall asleep on nights when I just can’t seem to shut my brain off. I took this liquid melatonin about an hour before bed, and it really works—I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night. One thing to note: you’ll need to take four droppers (each 1 mL) to get a total of 1 mg of melatonin. That’s quite a bit of liquid, and unfortunately, the taste reminds me of Robitussin cough syrup. However, chasing it with water helps make it more tolerable. Despite the taste, I’d still recommend this product if you’re struggling with falling asleep. The effectiveness outweighs the unpleasant flavor for me.

This is the only melatonin that will help my 5 year old autistic daughter sleep through the night. We took all screens out of her life, including the TV and started giving her 3ml at 9:30 pm every night (per neurologist recommendation) and it was the first time in her life she slept through the night. It has been 4 months now and she has slept every single night. Texture is liquid, natural ingredients, and very effective.

I switched from the gummy to the liquid because my teen got braces. This helps him fall asleep.

I must say this is the best melatonin . I use it for my 3 years son who has mild to moderate autism . His pediatrician recommended to take the melatonin, due to most kids on the spectrum having sleeping issues. The kids one never work for him & if it did he woke up with terrible nightmares . Crying a lot the next day . The doctor said as long as it’s 1mg it doesn’t Matter which one you use . I followed the direction to take 4ml to make 1mg . Before I would give him 1ml and he would not go to sleep at all . Until I realize I was doing it wrong . They use to sell these in Walgreens every where . They were in such high demand they stop selling it . My son went from 3-4 hours a sleep everyday to 9 hours sometimes 10 hours . The way I do it is I let him go to sleep without it first , although it takes a wild for him to go to sleep . He will sleep 4 - 5 hours most of the time & wake up in the middle of the night I’ll give him this & he backs to sleep within 30 minutes . And on a good day he will sleep 10-11 hours with this. Highly recommend buying !!!!!!!

Gets the job done but tastes gross.
