Liberry Kids Exercise Hoop Sport Toy for 3+ with Adjustable Size

Bought this for 2 and 5 year olds. They love it and its easier to hula than with the standard size

I bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. It is very strong. She is six years old. I tried to use it and it didn’t work for me because I think it’s too small.

ASSEMBLY: As soon I received it, I put it together. Assembly is a bit of a struggle for someone without upper body strength and the material is slightly heavier than a premade solid hoola hoop but it works brilliantly. It says it can be made smaller than the 6 segments; however, the curvature in the segments makes creating a smaller hoop more challenging. DISASSEMBLY: If you bought this thinking about how easy it would be to store this, i will let you know, disassembly is just as challenging- if not more challenging- as assembling. You have to be mindful of the material when disassembling, as it is a moderately firm plastic. Softer than a squirt gun, think of it more like a super soaker chamber, if you manipulate the material too much, it splits at its seems. So be careful with applying too much weight or pressure when you disassemble- probably just better to keep it assembled. USE: Simple, typical. Kids will love it, although they might not like the color scheme. Depends on the kiddo.

I was looking for a basic hoop to use to build some skill before I jump into using a weighted hoop for exercise. This seemed to fit all the critera for what I was looking for so I ordered it. Got it the other day, assembled it, and turns out it's too small despite reviews and descriptions saying it should be big enough. Yes, it fits me, but it's not big enough to keep up the momentum; I get about a spin and a half before it falls to the floor. So, if you have a waist size bigger than 35"... don't listen to the other reviews this isn't is. I will be returning. As far as assembly goes... it's simple enough. You don't need instructions and it's self explanatory. HOWEVER.... it does take some strength to get the pieces to all fit together as they should. But given the thickness of the material and how snugly it all fits together, I would say that this would hold up reasonably well and be pretty durable for a kid's rough-and-tumble play.

I grew up with hoola hoops and own an adult weighted one. Both I loved. These hoops are useless. They're way too light weight to swing them around your waste no matter what size you make them. I tried to make them weighted by putting dried beans in a few sections (a very long tedious task). The minute I tried using it the sections opened up and I spent another very long time collecting all the beans that flew out. Determined to make them work, since it was too late to return them, I tediously put back in the beans and then duck taped the sections together. Neither I nor my grandchildren could make them work. I was so enthusiastic to have hoola hoops for my grandkids I bought a set for them and one set for my house for when they came to visit. Now I've TWO boxes of useless hoops and $52 totally down the drain. Please please don't buy these.

I bought this exercise hoop for my 6-year-old daughter, and it fits her very well. She learned how to use it quickly and enjoys practicing with it. It’s a fun and active way for kids to move and exercise. Very happy with this purchase — highly recommend!
