They will change your life.
I never write reviews, but for those of you who are out there who are suffering from plantar fasciitis like I was... I feel like I need to write this review for you. I tried everything. I did Physical Therapy stretches, I bought special inserts for my shoes, I did essential oils, I wore the slips with cushion for the arch, I iced it, I did massages, wore a night brace, wore a compression sock, and I tried to rest and elevate my foot whenever possible. Nothing worked. Every time I sat down for more than a few minutes, or took a small nap, or when I woke up in the morning-it was the most excruciating pain I've ever been through. And I've had 2 C-sections. I was miserable and I could feel it's starting in my other foot for putting so much pressure on my other leg and for limping so hard when I first stood up. I dreaded waking up every single morning, because the pain I knew I was going to feel once my feet hit the ground and I tried to stand up. I saw these shoes on Amazon and I thought they can't help that much I don't want to pay that amount for a pair of sandals. My three-year-old one morning fell and asked me to help him and I thought I really can't lift him up right now because I'm in so much pain (but I did because I'm a mom and you have to do what you have to do but it hurt every second i held him). At that moment I was willing to try anything, I got an Amazon I and I ordered these sandals. I could not be happier. It was almost like instant relief. I literally leave them next to my bed when i go to sleep at night so that when I wake up there the first things my feet slide into and I am able to stand up without limping and moaning and holding onto my dresser and barely standing up while I hold on to my bed. I am able to stand up, still slight pain but NOTHING compared to what it was. I've been wearing them for about a week now and I have noticed such a difference. I truly think that they're helping it heal and go away. I still am doing the massaging at night with ice packs and the essential oils, so I do think that those are helping also.. But these sandals have been a true life changer. I even wore these sandals to seaworld the other day and I probably wouldn't of made it without them. They fit perfectly, and support all the right places. I highly recommend these to anyone who is suffering with plantar fasciitis. They are absolutely amazing.

Sandal for Plantar Fasciitis
As a new sufferer of plantar Fasciitis I have been miserable, nothing is helping. I bought a compression sock and that definitely helps but not enough. I saw these and thought I would give them a try because what do I have to lose at this price? I cannot believe how much they have helped me and it’s even better when I wear the compression sock with them. I will say they only come in full sizes that I am a 6 1/2 and had to buy the seven they are a little big and a little wide on me so I wouldn’t wear them outside, but they are perfect inside on my tile floors. I am finally getting some relief from this horrible thing. I like it so much. I just ordered them in another color to have. I will do anything to make this pain go away.

Excellent sandal, disappointing color
I have purchased this sandal several times in Rose Gold. However, with this most recent purchase, the Rose Gold is a matte light brown. It's very disappointing. In my photo, the old sandal in "Rose Gold" is on the right, compared to the "Rose Gold" pair I received today on the left. The shoe itself is great. I wear them every day. They are very supportive and comfortable, which is why I keep coming back to purchase them again and again.

Comfortable and supportive
I'm 60, have plantar fascitis and thees are amazing! My feet don't get tired or achy after wearing them all day. Bought them for in and around my house, just bought another pair to go out in the world. I have narrow feet and wear either a 9 or 9.5 depending on the shoe. These are a size 9. The sole is hard so I can comfortably walk on the rocks in my backyard.

Good basic support but not for medically comprised foot issues.
Okay if you do not have any foot issues and you want good support. If you have actual medical issues like plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis etc not do much. These look like Vionic/orthaheel brand. The footbed is not as elastic as the footbed material Vionic has. The heel cup is not as deep as Vionic either. When this matters is when you’re on your feet for long periods of time, carrying weight while wearing them or walking on mixed terrain like going from the beach all day to walking on pavement. I have two pairs of these. They are okay. The price is dramatically lower than Vionic too. If the foot bed was as pliable as Vionic and the heel cup was deeper then we would have a total winner. The sizing is a half size larger ( I ordered a 7 here. My shoe size is a 7.5 to an 8 normally. The 8 heel cup was better but the arch support was off for my foot bed. The toe anchor is soft and comfy. No rubbing at the strap across the top of the foot. The footbed is thick and durable—it is just too stiff for real comfort when you have foot issues. I rarely leave reviews. I hope my dating helps someone.

Great pair of durable flipflops
Purchased these in April 2024 and have been very pleased with them! Still wearing them, nearly daily, during the summer months. They have held up very well, but only recently started thinking about replacing them - with another pair of these - due to compression of the base. These have significantly reduced/eliminated plantar faciitis symptoms over the past 2 years. I would highly recommend.

Do not help foot issues.
I have unfortunately been having a lot of issues with plantar fasciitis, and have been looking for a quick, easy to slip on, and supportive shoe/flip flop, for wearing around home. I've bought a couple of things which didn't help. So, I came across these, read through the reviews, thought they seemed like they'd actually help, and I was very optimistic. Fast forward a little..... once I received them, I had a certain high level of hope, and excitement that I might finally have found something to give me the relief I'd been missing. I put them on, and noticed they were very firm and rigid, not a lot of comfort, and the top band part seemed tight. I know that usually for shoes there is a break- in period where you've got you wear them and get used to them, and stretch them a bit to form to your foot. So, despite that, and coupled with that hope I had, I continued to wear them for a day or two. I began to notice that when I was in the house, my right ankle began to hurt really bad, and that got to the point where I could hardly walk with them, inside. I just thought maybe I'd twisted my ankle and it was almost a separate thing. However, I put some of my really supportive shoes that I wear outside of the home, on... and my ankle still hurt from the residual level of pain I was previously in... but I could walk, and my ankle wasn't constantly bring provoked to pain. I did that for another couple of days. Noticed a pattern of when wearing these sandals, my ankle would soon be out of commission. So, I set them aside for a few days, decided just to be on the safe side, and actually try to rule the sandals being the cause of the pain, out (so I know of I would return them or not) that I'd let me heel heal more.... and after a few days, it felt drastically better. I put them on, walked around for 2 minutes, and felt the ankle pain again. It was then and there that I realized that these flip- flops were, in fact, the cause of this pain. They not only didn't help support my feet, but they caused my ankle so much pain, I literally almost could not walk. Please, please.... take my word for it. Do not buy these. It wasn't worth it to me. They're not a good source of support for our feet. Take care of your feet and let my experience with this help you make your decision for yourself, to go a different way, and make a better and different choice! Steer clear of these sandals. My podiatrist (just had an appointment a few days ago) told me to go for more cushioned flip flops, rather than the super firm and rigid ones, as the rigid ones can sometimes aggravate the pain more. I'll be on the search for something else that will hopefully work. In the meantime - I hope this has helped you, and been a time, money, and pain saver for you.

GAME CHANGERS FOR PLANTAR FASCIITIS!! Same sandal at 1/4 the price of name brands!!!
If you have plantar fasciitis and don’t want to pay $100+ for brand name sandals, these are the perfect substitute. They are comfortable and provide the perfect amount of support. I got instant relief the second I put them on!!! GAME CHANGERS!!! I have a couple pairs of expensive name brand sandals that help with plantar fasciitis and these truly are just as good!! They may not be the prettiest sandal, but they are a staple! I wear them around the house and they’ve made all the difference in healing my plantar fasciitis! 10/10!!!! True to size!

Kind footbed, arch support & comparison to another make
Would like to thank Ms Erin M for her accurate review! I’m in between sizes and I got the smaller size as I figured that my sole will hug the arch support and it turned out so. But this may not apply to everyone or all makes: Following this black LLSOARSS pair, I ordered a prettier red Australian brand in the same size but had to return for exchange as my heels protrude beyond the edge. Same size, different brands, different lengths. LLSOARSS in comparison has a higher, comfortable arch support, the footbed is definitely softer to receive the plantar fasciitis heel but the toe grip on one side seems tighter than the other: this may be due to different feet thicknesses. The Australian footbed is not as kind/generous but rather hard, though the toe grip strap is not a squeeze. I would have ordered another LLSOARSS pair in a pretty color but there’s none in my size. Hope this helps you. In all, love my new LLSOARSS sandals!!
