Great knives at this price!
We have 3 Paudin knives now, and they are an excellent knife, especially at the price. The handles feel good, they are exceedingly sharp right out of the box, they look great, and feel precise. They hold an edge very well, and a quick strop before use keeps them that way. Hand wash and dry before you put them away, they will serve you well. I will gladly recommend these to friends needing a very usable brand of knife at a good price.

Don't throw away the blade guard!
Very pretty knife. No, it's not real Damascus steel, just etched. It's sharp but not "Shun sharp, but hey for $20...I'm thinking it'll be a great knife for a charcuterie/cheese board. I almost threw away the blade guard buried in foam packaging. It's a nice touch

Great knife and great purchase
This is a quality ergonomic knife. My wife suffers from arthritis and needed a paring knife with a comfortable shape and size and this knife is it. The knife is a suitable size for paring and slicing and chopping vegetable and fruits. It is very sharp and seems to hold a good edge, although I have only used it for a few months. I am very pleased with this purchase and will recommend this to anyone.
