I have only been taking AVA Sun for three and a half weeks and already notice results with diminished pain, less swelling of joints and healing of patchy rashes on elbows and feet. I am truly impressed with the results and this is with only one capsule a day. I do not see why one would need to take two a day. Best of luck. Melva W
