Very good computer, since I bought it it hasn't given me any problems, highly recommended.

It has turned out very well so far, the appearance of it is very similar to a new one.

The media could not be loaded. I am reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with a computer I purchased as a Christmas gift. Upon receiving the item, I discovered that the sound does not work, and it is not a touchscreen as expected. I contacted customer service shortly after Christmas, and I was assured by a representative that a replacement would be sent. However, despite multiple follow-ups with different representatives, this promise has not been fulfilled.Additionally, I was asked to send photos multiple times, which I did, following all provided instructions on three separate occasions. Yet, no one has responded to address the issue. This lack of follow-through is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.At this point, due to the ongoing inconvenience and failure to resolve this matter in a timely manner, I am formally requesting a full refund. I have reattached the photos for reference. Please provide clear next steps on how to proceed with returning the item and receiving my refund.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and expect a resolution as soon as possible.

This refurbished Dell is exceptional! But, it WAS NOT a touch screen. That was , for me, an extra perk, but I didn't check until after I had transferred all from my old laptop and updated to Windows 11. My fault. Did not ask for a refund or replacement and otherwise more then satisfied.

First I don’t buy Refurbished, but I took a chance on Excellent Renewed… it is Awesome… looks brand new…I wish that the used laptops at work looked as good. Works Great, super fast… upgraded Win11 for free and prompted me. Nice rubber grip feel so it doesn’t slide around…keyboard has mouse pad and stick plus Touchscreen. Came with a Super Long Dell plug in adapter. Battery says 9 hours not sure about that but it does last a long time LOL.

I was looking for a Dell laptop that was smaller than my 15.6" one for travel and a refurbished one fit the bill. The seller Techrefurb was excellent when an issue cropped up with the battery and went out of their way to make sure I got a replacement before my trip by extra testing it ... in this day and age its hard to find responsive sellers like this. As for the laptop, it works like a charm, is lightweight and Windows 11 ready even though I made sure I got Windows 10 Pro (Enterprise) when I was looking for laptops. Will update review after using it for a trip and more in few months.

Have had this Dell Latitude 7490 for 2 months. Good laptop. Like new condition. Lightweight.Very responsive touch screen. Plenty of storage for my needs.Battery life now is as advertised - 5 hours, charges quickly. The charger is some kind of off brand but it works.Only suggestion I have is that it would be nice to have a link to the manual. There was no documentation included at all.All in all a great value!

Heats up too much when plugged in.
