Ha! This was perfect for our dad this Christmas when we purchased a "goat for Africa" gift. We wanted something to accompany the card that said the gift was made in his honor and this was perfect. The photograph fails to show the iridescent glitter that well placed over the ornament. It didn't shed off like so many cheap box-store ornaments tend to. The goat came nicely boxed and in one piece within the shipping box. No cracks or anything... though UPS looked like it tried it's hardest to bang it up a bit on the shipping box. I would strongly recommend this ornament to anyone who is a goat lover or collector. It's too cute!

We gave this ornament as a symbolic gift when presenting to a teacher the untangible gift of a donation to Heifer International, which provides animals to support self-sufficiency of low-income families. The teacher was charmed by the thoughtful gift and the reminder in the form of this little goat. The ornament is well made and charming, as are all ornaments from Old World Christmas.

Bought for a gift and my friend loved it! The ornament did shed a good bit of its glitter but other than that it was perfect.

I bought this ornament for a co-worker who lives on a farm and has goats and they loved it! It arrived in a nice gift box wrapped in tissue paper and looks exactly like the picture. Highly recommend to anyone who likes the vintage look and who is looking for something a little different.

I love to give and to receive ornaments. I bought this one for my daughter who loves goats. The ornament is small and dainty and lovely with a hint of sparkle and made of blown glass. It's just perfect. For some reason, I thought it was bigger, so I was pleasantly surprised that it was small. It was not wrapped too well and could have broken easily in the box. There was no bubble wrap included, but overall I am pleased with the purchase. Update: The ear apparently broke off during transit.

Pretty good size and accurate to the product photo. My mom loved it and it went straight to the top of our Christmas tree (the most prized real estate). ☺️

Gorgeous little goat! Lovely gift given to a goat farmer! It was much appreciated since it is so much like the beautiful Victorian style ornaments she had on her Christmas tree as a child.
