Do I just rinse them with solution and dry with tissue to clean??

I have just been air drying them.

Would i need to clean with something specific or can i use soap and water and dry with a lint free towel?

How can you sanitize these?

I put them in a little soapy water, and let them air dry, once dry I put back in the caring case.
