do you still need the flour and egg wash?

nope - just wash with water and the breading sticks quite well though you do have post-cooking residue in your oil.

could you supply the list of ingredients

Can't get to the freezer to look at the ingredients (out of town) but I did find it on google: "77% breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, salt, paprika, yeast), rice flour, EIKLAR POWDER, iodised sea salt, palm oil, YOLK POWDER, seasoning, starch, sugar, yeast extract, salt, flavors (with EI)"
