Do they shrink in the tumble dryer ?

They did not shrink in a tumble dryer, but they pilled badly after a couple of washings.

Do the gloves come in a large size? do these fit men ?

I normally wear a medium glove, however i want them to fit so my medicine ointment easily covers all my eczema skin. With other gloves the area has failed to cover properly. The question is will my hands fit better if I go to a large, as opposed as staying with a medium?
