I have become a sock snob, so I was a bit wary when I read the good reviews about these socks. I am 42 years old, and my inner 16-year-old child simply will not let me not keep up with the times. Originally, I was excited about going back to crew socks that remind me of my teenage years, but found that they are too long. I’ve really come to love Bombas half calf socks for winter and leggings, which come in a small size for shoe sizes 4 to 7, but was looking for something slightly shorter for summer that is still longer than shorter ankle socks that hit right at the ankle. I didn’t know if these could hold up to my new snobby standard, but I’ve been impressed! These really are the perfect in- between height and I was also impressed that the smaller size fits well for my size 6 1/2 feet without bunching up. They’re really soft and cushiony on the inside too, medium thick, not too much and definitely not thin. Do they fit perfectly snug like the other brand? No, but for six pair that cost less than one pair of the other brand, they’re an excellent choice and an amazing deal. I imagine the athletic version of these may be more snug.

These socks are so basic in the best way possible they are soft easy to wash and they have lasted. I love them!

I was worried after reading others reviews that said they had worn holes through on the first wear etc. I usually buy dollar store socks but those weren’t working anymore. I looked around at expensive bombas and stance but just couldn’t bring myself to spend soooo much money on freaking socks lol. So I went with these and held my breath. After I tried these on, I was so relieved! What a great sock especially for the price! I felt compelled to write a review bc they’re literally my favorite socks now!! They are so soft, compress just the right amount so I feel supported. And they fit well even on big feet like mine- size 10! I got them in white so I could bleach them if they get dirty and so far so great! I can wear them with sneakers, boots, or just around the house and they function just the same - feels like I’m walking on a pillow top!

Not what I expected from this brand. I’m returning customer but these recent ones are just flimsy. Not my favorite. I think they would get worn out too easily.

Material is good. Soft and not that thick, comfortable to use.

I usually wear a 35-36 shoe and socks usually fit slightly too big but these are perfect. They have extra cushioning on the sole, making it super comfortable to wear for hours. They're also the perfect ankle length to wear to the gym or casually; not invisible but not too high. I've noticed some pilling after the first wash but that might have been because I used the dryer the first time I washed it.
