I really didn't need so many of these but just in case I through it away on accident I have plenty now. Fits my 6 oz or 3mm bottle perfectly. Nice and tight flit does not leak. Highly recommend

I don’t know how I survived without this for so long! These are perfect adapters for children’s liquid medicine that requires a syringe. I haven’t experienced any leaks, and I love that the bottle lid can still fit on. 10/10!

These have been amazing to help keep my sanity when I have a sick or teethint kiddo. When I'm already overstimulated I don't want to mess around with a gross and sticky syringe. They do leak a bit but not enough to keep me from using them lol definitely worth buying when you have little ones!

My husband is on a feeding tube, and as such, we need to administer a lot of liquid/suspension medications to him. We regularly use bottle adapters like this to help us measure the dosage directly from the bottle with minimal waste and better accuracy using liquid (mL) syringes. We've purchased other adapter plugs (usually in a variety of sizes) on Amazon before without issue, but we took a chance on these, since I only needed 28mm plugs and these had the best price. I wanted them to work, and I tried to make them work with various bottles, but I'm sorry to say that these plugs were a complete waste of time and money. I'm disappointed since I saw this product had good reviews, so I have to assume that there has either been a change in quality control or the measurements/design of the adapters changed. The issue is with the design. Normally, plugs like these have several "layers" that are in descending circumference from top to bottom so that you can push it into the top of the bottle and have it stay on there securely, nearly flush with the bottle top (so you can still replace the cap). Well, whoever designed these adapters must have gotten the measurements wrong, because the second layer from the top is actually just a little bit WIDER than the top layer, which means that you can't actually push the adapter in all the way-- it stops at the second-to-top layer. This also means that it's not flush or securely wedged inside the bottle opening, and you definitely cannot replace the cap on the bottle with the adapter in place. I tried to use them with several different medication bottles (both glass and plastic) and they all had the same problem. So unfortunately, I now have 50 useless adapters, and I'm going to have to go back to ordering from my old sellers instead.

Prefect for the fish oil I give to my dogs! Was using a childs medication dropper to administer fish oil to my Mini Schnauzers, but that always resulted in a mess and their beards smelling like fish oil. I had to find an alternative. One of my pups has a daily liquid medication that was done with a syringe and inserted to the back corner of the mouth... no mess! So I hunted down these to put in the Omega 3 Fish Oil bottle... it fit! Now I use a syringe to administer the fish oil and I no longer have a mess or smelly beards on the Schnauzers! I also don't have the PITA of cleaning that eye dropper now either. I bought a pack of 20 syringes and merely pull in hot water and eject it a few times to clean out the residue, and replace the syringe only when I need too.

These are great. My medication just came with a little syringe and a regular bottle so I was having issues getting it in the syringe without making a mess, getting the syringe all sticky, or losing medicine to inefficiencies. With these adapters, I just pop the syringe in, invert the bottle, and draw. No muss, no fuss.

Opening to place syringe in is much to large for small syringes and allows liquid to leak around syringe tip. Wish size of opening for syringe was stated in ad as well. It does fit stated bottle neck size just fine. Plastic seems ridged and like it would only be for one use, no popping in and out of a bottle multiple times.

Being a healthcare provider, I'm used to dosing medications with a syringe. Most hospitals carry these little devices (or something similar). Being a new father, lots of baby medications are best measured with a small syringe (3ml/1ml). Being homest, I figured I should find a way to make any medication bottle easitly adaptable for syringe usage. They stay put, fit a standard slip tip syringe and come in a qualtity that will last me for the rest of my life.
