The same beautiful Filotea pasta as the hand folded ones in designer packaging is now also available in nests. This type has a more "rugged" texture and a folded shape like a birds nest. Same amazing flavor and uses but more rustic in its appearance and mouth feel. Spaghetti length pasta, flat in shape. Ideally used for fish sauces or with "Trentasette" pesto sauces. Review: Crushed to bits - I love this pasta but order arrived in little pieces. I contacted seller for a replacement, which they said they would send...but never did. Review: Totally damaged - The package was not secured and the item was totally damaged when it delivered. If you like short linguini, this it the item you want!
