I used the cheap welder-looking uvex blue blockers which were good at blocking blue light but had very uncomfortable, giant and weird looking frame- ok for the price and iust testing out the blue blocking miracle. After I experienced an amazing improvement in my sleep and general eye tension after wearing blue blockers I decided to find a nicer looking and more comfortable pair of glasses. These ones are perfect (for my smaller head), very comfortable material (I dont evem feel them on my nose) and quality lenses- no slight magnifying effect that I experinced with the cheap uvex ones. These are very effective and seem to have palpably improved the quality of my sleep. And (oddly) they look good on me, according to my wife. I am deducting one star because for the elevated price point, I would expect physical perfection, and I can already feel a little flex in the left arm/hinge joint that tells me there is a risk of breakage there at some point if I don't handle them pretty carefully.

My nuntritionist recommended these glasses. I love them. I wear them about 2 hours before I am ready for bed. I watch TV and my phone with them on, they do change the color of what you watch but boy they are so relaxing! Well worth it to wind down in a life full of screens.

Made in China, but they NEVER say this anywhere, and they place "country of origin USA". Competitors offering THE SAME type of product charge 30 dollars, but they mislead consumers to pay +78 the frames are really poor quality, the lenses in comparison with other similar are smaller so you get a lot of light from above, beyond and the sides worst purchase ever, try other brand

These glasses are perfect! Great quality, great style and don't feel like cheap glasses. I used to just turn on the night mode on my computer but now I realize how much of the house light, bathroom light and especially the tv emit very bright blue light. These glasses really make you feel like it is night time and understand and it sets your body to be on its ideal circadian rhythm. Wanted to buy the aviators as well but they were out so will wait until those are available as well. 👌

As a long-time bio-hacker, I've known about blue blockers for a while but never pulled the trigger (as most frames are a bit too corny looking!) since I've been pregnant, I've been waking up, up to 8 times per night with insomnia like symptoms. Ordered these babies online and wore them for 2 hours before bed and slept like a baby, only waking up once the first night from wearing them. The second night I slept all the way through! Definitely recommend. Even if you are mindful about not doing screen time an hour before bed, the normal lighting inside and outside your home is enough to keep you up! Helped me a ton! And they look great ;)

Glad I purchased this as an evening gift for my elderly mother whose suffering from 'macular-degeneration'. A must purchase to take care of one's eyesight WHEN they read a lot from a bright computer screen.

Difficult to write a true review as only had these less than a week?

The lens and frame quality and exceptional! Do cheap ones work? Sure but these block more blue light than my cheaper versions and I can feel the higher quality to them. Get what you can afford. Start off cheap and replace with quality when you know you will wear them. Sleep improves dramatically with religious use after dark.

Comfortable glasses to wear, I wear them two hours before I go to bed, whilst I watch the TV or I’m on my laptop with the internal lights on in the house. I have noticed a difference in my sleep straight away, no restless tossing and turning for 40 minutes before finally falling asleep. I highly recommend these glasses for anyone looking to improve there sleep quality

Had them sent broken and couldn’t send them back or get a replacement.
