Impossible to tell if the dosage is as represented but I wouldn't call these "gummy" style. Definitely easy to chew -easier than gummies to chew. They almost melt in your mouth. A bit sweet tasting.This isn't a negative comment just more of a fyi to a buyer.

They have a great taste but I’m surprised they’re rolled in sugar crystals and sugar is the first couple of ingredients I find that odd in a vitamin they would put so much sugar I will use them but I won’t buy again I gave it a four star because of all the sugar
