Can I use it for running 4-6 miles?

We suggest to use the trainer 2-3 hours per time, some people can use it for longer time if they have less allergy to their sweat. It is great to wear while running, I feel the back support so obviously at that time and when you take off the trainer the sweat pours down crazily.

I’m 5’6 and weigh 155. What size what fit me? Also, could I wear this under my clothes through out the day?

You need to measure one inch above bellybutton, compare with size chart and you will know the size. Wear the belt only when exercising and no more than 2~3 hour per time. Don't wear it the whole day, the belt is made from thick neoprene material which is great fo sweating, so it is not breakable type.
