Excellent replacement lid
Perfect replacement product. I don’t know how I ever coped before we got a sensor bin lid ☺️ We previously had one with D batteries which was expensive to maintain. The AA battery version is so much better, especially as we use rechargeables. It can be a challenge to keep clean on the underside of the lid, I recommend giving it a thorough wipe down with a damp cloth every time the bin is emptied.

Saved me money
I was surprised how much this fitted onto my bottom bin. The old one had rusted and I really like the automatic closing etc. It was a gamble but much cheaper than buying the whole thing. Not disappointed. Shiny, it works and fits. What's not to like?

Very sensitive!
Perfect fit as a replacement top for bin but the sensor keeps opening of you go anywhere near it! Desensitised it with several layers of sellotape!

Bin lid breaks. To be honest, it's a luxury gadget to have the bin open for you and totally useful when your hands are full of gunk. I use my bin multiple times a day like most OCD clean freaks.I had to buy a new one and Amazon is the go-to place - I had an issue with the order but I'm just going to review to say Nathan from Customer services was calm, polite, totally helpful to get my issue resolved.The end story is I have a new electronic bin lid and balance in the world is restored. I'm off to peel some lemons. Thank you!

Excellent replacement lid
Really pleased with new sensor lid for my existing bin. Works extremely well almost to the point I have to set the bin sideways as it opens when you walk past! All in all a very good replacement and I am very pleased with it.

Customer service
Although well made we had issues with the sensor on this product and had to return it . I am sure this was an individual fault but we chose not to chance another .I have to mention that the customer service recieved by the company was excellent in processing our refund and returning the product was simple .
