Purchases 2022 Works well and gets smoking hot I only have it hooked up to 3 sinks, a washer and a dishwasher but I’ve never had an issue with hot water, I also haven’t ran all those at once. I give it 5 stars cause it does the job. You will have to run 8 gauge wire to it if you get the Tempra 20 make sure to hook up the proper breakers (ask grok or gpt). It does takes a lot of power when in use the good thing is it’s not in use unless you have the hot water running. Tankless take up very little room. I did use shark bites lol.

This is an absolutely amazing water heater. I replaced my propane tanked water heater with this. My dad and I installed it ourselves in about 3 hours including running new electric to the water heater closet, (he is a construction contractor by trade and knows how to do these things). But if you already have electricity to the installation site, (220. NOT 110), this is pretty straight forward and can easily be a DIY install. On to performance. I was skeptical at first, having been told by a few plumbers that on-demand technology wasn't up to par. But after having numerous serious incidents with multiple, professionally installed, tanked heaters, and after some research, I decided to give this one a shot. I have to say that not only am I impressed, but was also shocked and highly satisfied with this machines performance. It produces hot water, on demand, limited only by your water supply. I have mine set at 116 degrees, (extremely easy to read/adjust the display/temperature), and we take showers back to back to back to back here now, and it doesn't even break a sweat. Excellent product!

Replaced our monstrosity of a tank with this tankless. Decided on electric because I did not want to have to install additional venting. 80psi from outside so I also had to put a flow restrictor to ensure proper heating of the hot water line. So far so good. Only wish is Stiebel could have offered more than 7 years warranty. btw, filling a bathtub hot is still challenging but since we are water conscious we rarely do full bathtub baths...

Fantastic heater. I oversized a bit to make sure I'm able to heat well water during mid TX freeze (upper teens). 2 bed, one bath and this unit doesn't break a sweat. Has been 100 percent reliable and temp is stable. Customer service is fantastic (install issue on my end). You get what you pay for, and this brand is no exception. Highly recommend

I have a 1100 sq foot one and half bath bungalow style home located in the Atlanta area. Due the age of the home, the old water heater was installed under the counter as a low boy style water heater. The Stiebel went in without issue, even though I did have to run two new 40 amp circuits. I think most home owners upgrading to a tankless will have to upgrade their electrical, so they need to plan for this. Overall, this tankless works great and saves space. The water gets hot, and I mean hot, and having unlimited hot water is great as my old low boy style tanked heater would run out quite quickly.

I bought this water heater for a 2 bath house. We already had the 2 x 40 amp setup so I didn’t want to increase the amp load although I wasn’t sure it would work smoothly. It does, It works perfectly with no interruptions in temperature or flow.

Installed this unit as a booster for our commercial dishwasher in a restaurant. This thing is great! We put a high volume of water through this every day. Our two electric hot water heaters just couldn't keep up. We installed this inline to our dishwasher intake as a booster and we have zero issues now. Very easy installation. Highly recommended.
