The products from Mt. Capra never disappoint!
Our soil today is so depleted and we don't realize how much we lack minerals in our diet. I use this to supplement my healthy diet along with their goat milk colostrum. My gut is healthier and I never get sick.

Mt Capra Mineral Whey
Capra Mineral Whey is soluble in liquids, does not taste bad, mixes well, rare clumping if any. It is good as an electrolyte powder supplement. Recommend

You'd need to eat an avocado or a sweet potato to get near the amount of potassium that ...
This is one of those products that I intend to use for long-term, as long as I can afford it. It's made from goat milk, grass-fed I believe, which means it should be easier to tolerate than cow milk for those who have issues with dairy. It contains a lot of bang for your buck when it comes to the electrolyte content. You'd need to eat an avocado or a sweet potato to get near the amount of potassium that this stuff has, and it also has the same amount of calcium as a serving of dairy products, plus it has magnesium and naturally occurring sodium. These four minerals (and others), called electrolytes, are important to maintaining various processes in your body based on electrical reactions and energy needs. They are probably the next-most important thing to consider in your diet after you take care of your macronutrient needs. The thing that really sells this stuff for me is that it is an animal product and is alkalizing like vegetables are. But while you might get beneficial compounds from consuming plants, your ability to absorb the mineral content isn't going to be as good as an animal-sourced food. That means you are consuming the equivalent of a serving or more of vegetables in terms of mineral content and your body can utilize that mineral content better than if you got it from vegetables! If you are concerned about your health and don't like to eat too many vegetables, this may be one part of a strategy to counteract deficiencies that would otherwise result from that dietary choice.

Staple in Our Protein Shakes
My wife absolutely loves this Mt. Capra Mineral Whey. She adds it to our protein shakes every time she makes them, and it’s become a staple in our routine. The product mixes well, tastes good, and adds real nutritional value. As long as they continue producing a solid product, we’ll be lifelong customers. I can’t recommend it enough. TL;DR: Excellent mineral whey — mixes well, tastes great, and we’ll keep buying it.

Recommended by ND and functional medicine doctor
One of the family has experienced health issues related to heavy metal poisoning (not the music lol). Dr prescribed Mt Capra Mineral Whey to balance out system, provide nutrition that was compromised, and calm the nerves, and this does help as intended. Can be mixed in water if you like the taste, or smoothies if you don't. It dissolves better than other wheys we have tried. Tasty as a powdered milk substitute in tea, but not so much in coffee. If you like goat milk (we do) this is yummy. It can be an aquired taste if you're not used to it. This has been a staple in our home for awhile, with it's clean taste and consistent quality, and nutritional benefits.

What tastes bad is good for you - here's why
I've suffered leg and foot cramps since high school sports, more so since I started cycling at the age of 55. Nothing I've tried will quell the cramping like this amazing stuff. Sure, you can buy supplement combos of potassium, magnesium, et al, or eat voluminous amounts of prunes and bananas. l used to carry a small baggie of supplement mineral pills, mostly potassium and magnesium, and chew them as needed. Still, I had cramps--less than when taking no supplements but the cramps continued. With the CPM supplement, you're taking a whole food where the nutrition components--including the minerals--are balanced as nature intended. With individual supplements, it's like hiring a different doc for each individual ache in your body. With CPM, you're getting a daily supply of your minerals as they occur in nature. The capsules are much easier to take than the powder which tastes like dry powdered slate thanks to the silica; that's the reason for the 4 stars. CPM is discontinuing the capsule form; so, the capsule form is disappearing from the market. I may have to resort to the powdered CPM unless I can find another miracle food.
