I would imagine so as it is just a peroxide developing cream. 20 vol I believe. I would wait for a definite answer from the supplier or a professional though.

Can i use this alone to bleach ends of my hair please?

I would not chance that on its own if I was you. I'm pretty sure that you are meant to mix it. Don't take a chance with your hair as it may go brittle and break off.
