This piece fixed fuel spill issue and boiler unexpectedly turning off
Had noticed some fuel leaking below my Riello burner for some time. It's was small amount but had me concerned. I was going to call a service then watched a YouTube video on someone having a similar issue and figured id give a shot an change out the hydraulic jack. Super simple and it dds the trivk it also solved the issue of my boiler turning off and having to manually start it. No more fuel leak and unexpected boiler turning off issues. Just make sure to keep the screw you take put from original piece as I had to reuse that instead of using the one provided.

Replace your leaky ram, don't remove it for good.
I used this OEM ram to replace mine that was 9 years old. Some people remove it and block the oil line that operates it. By doing this and opening the shutter, you lose the burner efficiency you paid for. The replacement takes 5 minutes and you're back at 87% oil burning efficiency. I don't mind spending 50 bucks every 9 or 10 years and a few minutes to get the most out of my Riello burner.

This was a replacement part for a function that is silly/should not exist to begin with. At least now the burner works as designed.
